My Bitcoin payment still says unpaid ?

As many of you know these payments are not instant and we need to wait until the payment has been fully confirmed. Once it has been confirmed your invoice will be marked paid and your service automatically provisioned.

My service is suspended. Why ?

The main reason this occurs is overdue payment. After 5 days if your invoices remain unpaid your VPS is shutdown and suspended. After another 7 days the VPS will be completely deleted from our servers. For shared hosting a suspended service will display a suspended page when visitors browse your website. You can setup automatic payment via Paypal or credit card to prevent your service from being suspended.

I have been suspended due to SYN/DDos Activity. What can I do ?

We do not tolerate any form of DDoS or SYN Flooding on any of our services and the moment our systems pick up this traffic your service will immediately be terminated. We have warnings in our welcome emails and it is also in our Terms of Service. This type of traffic affects other customers on our network and we take a very strong stance on this.

What payment methods do you accept ?

  • Bitcoin
  • Ripple, Monero, Ethereum, Dash, Bitcoin Cash.

If you wish to pay via a crypto-currency we do not have listed above let us know and we can easily enable it as we have over 70 alt coins we can enable however the above are the most popular so these are the default methods.

My payment has failed. What can I do ?

Firstly you should check you have enough funds. It is also possible our anti-fraud systems have flagged your order. IN this case the payment will fail and you will need to provide a clear copy of the credit card. We do not need all numbers only the last 4. You can black out the expiry and other numbers. Once you submit this to our verification team they will review and if the card matched the payment you tried we will advise you to try it again as we then would have enabled the transaction.
